Working Holiday Visa

Visa applications must be made IN PERSON.
An appointment is required in advance.

In order to apply for a working holiday visa, applicants must provide all of the following documents:
    ※ Please do NOT staple the documents together. 
    ※ Applicants must print out & bring all of the visa requirements.

1. Visa application form (Please download and print the Visa application form)

2．One passport photo
       - 4.5cm x 3.5cm
       - Taken within 6 months
       - Plain white background
       - On glossy photo paper 

2. Passport and a copy of passport photo page

3. Flight booking confirmation 

4. Curriculum Vitae/Resume (Detailing your personal, educational and employment history)

5. Proposed schedule (Please download and print the Proposed schedule)

6. Letter of intention explaining your working holiday

7. Bank account details of your Saving Account 

       - Must provide your Saving account statement or Transaction record
       - Most recent 3 months transaction records (not older than 1 months) with a current balance
       - Online transaction records are acceptable 
       - Account holder details - showing your full name and current WA residential address
          ※If it shows your previous residential address, please update to the current address beforehand.
             Or you may provide another official document, ex. the rental aggrement or WA driver's licence. 
       - Have sufficient funds in excess of A$2500 (A$3500 for a married/de facto couple) if you have provided a paid flight booking confirmation  
          ※The amount needed is A$4000 and A$6500 respectively in the case of ONLY a confirmed booking.
 

NOTES

• Documents must be original or certified copies. Documents will not be returned to the applicant unless those photocopies are provided together with the original at the time of application.
• Additional documents may be required from the applicant after the visa officer has checked the application.
• It takes 5 business days to process your visa application; however, it may take longer depending on the situation.
