Working Holiday Visa

Visa applications must be made IN PERSON.
Appointment is required in advance.

In order to apply for a working holiday visa, applicants must provide all of the following documents:
    ※ Please do NOT staple the documents together. 
    ※ Applicants must bring all required documents (hard copies)  on the day of booking.

1. One completed Visa application form 

2．One passport-standard  photograph
       - 4.5cm x 3.5cm
       - Taken within 6 months
       - Plain white background
       - On glossy photo paper 

2. Valid Australian Passport

3. One copy of your passport's photo page

4. Curriculum Vitae/Resume (Detailing your personal, educational and employment history)

5. One completed Proposed schedule 

6. Letter of intention explaining the reason you wish to apply for a working holiday visa

7. Bank Statement, showing the followings

       - Most recent 3 months transaction records showing current balance (dated within 1 month) .
       - Must show your full name and WA residential address.
          ※If it has your previous residential address, please update to the current address beforehand.
             Or you may provide another official document, ex. rental aggrement or WA driver's licence (please bring a copy for us to keep). 
       - Must show sufficient funds in excess of A$4000 (A$6500.00 for a married/de facto couple) .
             Or  A$2500 (A$3500 for a married/de facto couple) plus paid flight booking confirmation.  

8. Flight Confirmation Document (not required if you had provided bank document showing sufficient funds)
 

NOTES

• Your passport will be kept with us during the assessment.
• Additional documents may be required.
• It takes 5 business days to process your visa application; however, it may take longer depending on the application.
