ONLINE BOOKING is required for the following Consular Services:

Booking is NOT complete until pressing the "Register" button. Once it is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
【For Visa applicants】
Consulate-General of Japan in Perth accepts visa applications from WA residents ONLY.
Visa applications from areas outside our jurisdiction will be declined.
If you do not reside within our jurisdiction, please contact Japanese Embassy or Consulate-General in your area regarding the requirements and process of visa applications.
Temporary Visitor's Visa Applications:
You must enter Japan within 3 months of the visa issue date.
Accordingly, we will NOT accept any visa applications for departures that are more than 3 months away.
- Passport application
- Police certificate application
- Registrations - Birth, Marriage, and other registrations related to the family register, and registrations related to the nationality such as Loss of Japanese nationality
- Visa application for non-Japanese nationals to enter Japan, Re-entry permit extension for landing permit holders
- Booking is not required for collection of your visa, passport and certificate.
