The Japanese soccer team came to Perth recently for their FIFA World Cup 2026 Asian Group Qualifier. While here, the following activities were held.

(1)Session with school kids (June 2)

The Japanese team held a session with school students, including from the Japanese School in Perth. At the session students were able to give messages of support to the players and give them small gifts, while getting the chance for a photo op and signatures from the Japanese team. Following the meeting, the students were also able to watch the Japanese team’s training session. The kids were all highly impressed with the top level skills on display.
